The Terrorist Threat in America

When we think terrorist  the Middle East comes to mind, religious fanatics, islamic jihadist come to mind. Names like Abdul, Muhammad, Khalid creep into our psyche , but what about names like George, Ray, Tom, Todd or any other ordinary name you might find on any police force in any Municipality in this country... America's standing army on this soil the biggest threat to any American family , these fully armed military trained soldiers sworn to protect and serve We the People serve as more of a malignant tumor to society .

Case in point , have you seen an episode of COPS lately?  you know it was quoted by a poet I personally know "The worst enemy you can have is not the guy you have a conflict with , but the cop that  has a conflict with you." As he likes to refer to it as the time before "racial profiling" was popular .

Or the case of a "Black" man in Allen Park, MI who after being harrassed by the police complained to the mayor of the city the police response to the mayor's inquiry to the man's complaint they launch an investigation against the man , after conducting surveillance and finding no wrong doing the police went through the man's trash on the curb (public property) found a few sticks , and secured a warrant to come into the man's home (private property) .

And while the man was in possession of marijuana plants in a locked room according to reports the circumstances surrounding the incident  scream police misconduct . Point 1. the tip that this man was this Big Time narcotics  dealer came not from a concerned neighbor but in fact was one cop to another  after the Mayor Inquired the man's complaint.

Point 2. The same cop who conducted the investigation , went through the trash , secured the warrant , and by all accounts took the bad cop role to a very dark place, stood up in open court and perjured himself all in an effort  to get this man the maximum bail for a first time conviction.

Now the perversion of common sense - These officers harrassed this man , and when he complained they did not correct the problem they persecuted and prosecuted him - how bout that? the other P.O.C.S how do get a warrant out of going through public property to go into someone's private home .

I tried to dismiss this story as sour grapes at first glance he was growing weed in a house with kids was first thought. Until I actually spoke with the man  and he made an interesting  and scary point " These officer's found a couple of sticks in trash on the curb and got a warrant to come in my house, what if it had been an old baby picture of me in the tub is that evidence I am doing kiddie porn, or did I simply discard an old picture ." it just seems like you would need more .

When I really thought  about it that could happen to anybody even me .  After carefully reviewing the facts I deemed this to be a gross P.O.C.S whereby the constitution guarantees the right to privacy , and against illegal search and seizure , in fact there is no wording in the constitution that allows for a "police force", reason being the founding fathers realized what a group of thugs loyal to the king free from recourse could do to a fledgling nation, this is the fundamental reason  for  the second  amendment ( A standing army can not rule if the people have arms) .

While marijuana may be illegal what a person chooses to do in their own home is nobody's business, and anything found in trash that may have been discarded by anybody,  is just  not enough probable cause in my opinion to warrant a search of anybody's private property no matter what color their skin .
